Acme Mail

			  ABSTRACT

	  This guide introduces	   acmemail,  a	 light-
     weight, flexible mail client for Plan 9.



Setting	up email

To read/send email on Plan 9:

See  acmemail(1) ,  plumber(4) , and  upasfs(4)

  ; plumber ; upas/fs ;	acme

Then in	the window tag,	type Mail (capital  M)	and  middle-
click  the  word  to  execute it.  If you are running 9front
locally, you can reduce	latency	by using rimport instead  of
rcpu:

  ; server=cloud9p.org
  ; rimport $server /net
  ; rimport $server /mail
  ; rimport $server /sys/
  ; plumber; upas/fs; acme

Remember to replace cloud9p.org	with your actual server.
