/LiCE/ is an Emacs clone written in Common Lisp. It runs on top of Movitz, an implementation of Common Lisp for the x86 architecture.

Then again, when looking at [https://www.cliki.net/CL-Emacs CL-Emacs] there seems to be no link to a project so the assumption is that it’s dead.
